K-9 Crossroads only provides Assistance Dogs
to persons residing in Nevada or California

lf you reside in Northern California or Reno,Nevada, you may apply to receive a dog from K-9 Crossroads.

The first step in obtaining a dog from our program is to read, complete and return the pre-application. This step is meant to help you look at what the commitment will be if you bring an Assistance Dog into your life and living arrangement.

There is no charge for the pre-application, but we ask that you provide us the following information so we can keep track of who has actually decided to start the application process. The information you give here will be held in strictest confidence and will only be used by our organization.

Because we do not have the ability of making the submission of this information encrypted, you may also request a pre-application by mail.
